Job summary

Cost Manager position overseeing project cost control from preconstruction to completion. Works with PMs, Estimators, and Finance to maintain accurate reporting and proactive cost management throughout the lifecycle.

Exempt US role reporting to Commercial Director with a focus on cost strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and negotiations with clients and subcontractors. Requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Professional designation such as MRICS, PQS, or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong background in large-scale design‑build or EPC projects is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update project budgets and cost plans from preconstruction to closeout.
• Prepare detailed cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses for internal and client review.
• Track committed costs, changes, and forecasted expenditures for accurate cost‑to‑complete reporting.
• Identify and mitigate cost risks through proactive financial management and forecasting.
• Review change order requests and subcontractor variations for accuracy and completeness.
