Job summary

QTS Data Centers is seeking a data-driven professional to design, build, and maintain a centralized cost intelligence database that spans projects and geographies. You will develop predictive models and dashboards to support budgeting, procurement, and risk analysis, translating complex data into actionable insights for leadership.

Qualified candidates will have advanced Excel skills, experience with SQL, Power BI or Tableau, and a background in construction data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience building databases, UIs, and automated workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain a centralized cost intelligence database capturing historical construction data across projects, geographies, and scopes.
• Develop predictive cost models and benchmarking tools for budgeting, procurement planning, and risk analysis.
• Validate cost forecasts by comparing estimates against actual project performance to improve model accuracy.
