Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development of client facilities and infrastructure requirements throughout the project lifecycle using innovative approaches.
2. Develop creative solutions based on advanced principles within the facilities industry.
3. Prepare rough order of magnitude (ROM) cost estimates for government projects and initiatives.
4. Create independent cost estimates following industry standards.
5. Evaluate cost estimates from architects and engineers to identify risks related to budget, schedule, and program.
6. Conduct descriptive and cost analyses, build business cases, and implement process improvements.
7. Lead cross-organizational programs to enhance business processes, IT, and financial efficiencies.

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in cost estimating within a Commercial Facilities environment.
• Ability to develop ROM estimates for various project sizes and scopes.
• Proficiency in creating independent estimates using industry standards.
• Experience evaluating estimates from other organizations, including A&E firms, and identifying risks.
• Ability to perform business analysis, cost analysis, and implement process improvements.
• Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• High school diploma or GED.

Additional Information:

• This position is based in McLean, VA, and is not remote.
• Salary range: $62,000 - $141,000 annually.
• Applicants will undergo a security investigation.
