Job summary

Omega Foundation Services, INC. in Southaven, Mississippi is seeking a meticulous Cost Control Specialist to support on-site project operations, track labor and costs, and maintain accurate records across multiple job sites.

The ideal candidate will excel at timekeeping, billing support, document control, and coordination between field personnel, management, payroll, and accounting. Travel to project sites may be required; bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential employee and financial information.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily timekeeping records for field personnel.
• Verify employee timesheets and labor allocations for accuracy.
• Assist with project cost tracking and cost reporting activities.
• Process and organize billing documentation and supporting records.
• Verify and maintain per diem documentation and employee travel records.
• Track and maintain project-related documentation, logs, and reports.
• Assist with invoice processing and document control procedures.
• Support project management and cost control teams with administrative tasks.
• Maintain organized electronic and hard-copy project files.
• Coordinate communication between field personnel, project management, payroll, and accounting departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements.
• Perform additional site administration and cost control duties as assigned.
