The role covers data modeling, governance, and SOX considerations, with a focus on clear presentations to clients and project teams. Base salary 95k–105k USD, plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires a B.S. in a STEM field and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with data analytics languages and dashboards.
• Construction industry experience required.
• Ability to understand key cost drivers and reporting to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Inform the client of product cost performance using data from multiple projects across a global program.
• Develop presentations & narratives of product cost performance across projects.
• Develop and maintain databases and reporting dashboards.
• Develop and maintain data models and governance processes.
• Presentation to clients and internal teams of developed dashboards & analyses.
• Create processes and structure to support the Way of Working.
• Support the training of regional personnel and clients.
• Present high-level metrics in a simple, accessible way.
• SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
