Job summary

Overland Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Job Cost Analyst to join our Ardmore, Oklahoma office. Reporting to the CFO, this full-time role analyzes project costs, forecasts outcomes, and helps improve profitability on heavy civil construction projects.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in business/finance/accounting and at least two years of construction cost-control experience, with strong Excel skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of construction cost-control experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate in English clearly.
• Experience with heavy highway or civil construction cost-control is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cost analysis and spend tracking across projects.
• Analyze contracts, budgets, and reports for heavy highway construction.
• Monitor project costs against budgets and KPIs.
• Assist with monthly general ledger closing.
• Prepare financial reports from multiple data sources.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities.
