Job summary

Overland Corporation in Ardmore, Oklahoma, is seeking a detail-oriented Job Cost Analyst to join the team at our main office. This full-time, salaried role reports to the CFO and focuses on analyzing project costs, risks, and opportunities to improve profitability.

The ideal candidate has construction accounting or cost-control experience and strong analytical abilities, with the capacity to turn complex financial data into actionable information for project and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of construction cost-control or construction accounting experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project costs and monitor budgets against forecasts.
• Review contracts, budgets, and financial reports for heavy civil construction.
• Prepare accruals and deferrals and assist monthly close.
• Provide management with cost and profitability insights.
