Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analysis of project costs including labor, materials, equipment, subs, and overhead.
• Monitor and review project budgets; compare actual costs with budgeted amounts.
• Identify variances and provide explanations for budget deviations.
• Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and financial analyses for management.
• Assist in development of project budgets and cost estimates.
• Maintain records of project costs, change orders, and contracts.
• Support month-end/year-end close and related journal entries.
• Improve cost tracking systems and processes for accuracy and efficiency.
