Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management or related field with minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Basic understanding of GAAP and financial processes.
• Interest in cost accounting, construction finance, and project-based financial management.
• Willingness to learn AI tools for financial analysis and process automation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project accounting tasks and analyze financial data for assigned projects using company financial systems.
• Audit and reconcile client bill against general ledger to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support Accounts Payable transactions and review vendor/subcontractor invoices for accurate coding.
• Assist with month-end close activities, posting journal entries, and reconciling ledgers.
• Support project billings, forecasts, and financial data flow with project teams and SSO.
• Participate in audits and respond to internal/external requests with supporting documentation.
