Irvine Company Office Properties, based in Irvine, CA, is seeking a Construction Projects Coordinator to support the construction management team by coordinating and inspecting projects, including smaller projects, with emphasis on scheduling and procurement.
The role involves packaging bids, collecting estimates and schedules, materials, and issuing purchase orders, while liaising with internal teams and external partners. A Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of relevant experience are preferred.

Base Pay Range: $74,300.00 - $94,300.00
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
