Irvine Company Office Properties seeks a dedicated Associate to support the operations management team in delivering excellent customer service and handling administrative responsibilities for assigned properties.
The role involves coordinating with vendors, managing files and reports, and assisting with move-ins/move-outs and minor tenant improvements as needed. A Bachelor's degree and up to 2 years of experience are preferred.
The Associate is responsible for supporting the operations management team (Senior Manager and Assistant Manager). This role ensures excellent customer service by resolving requests efficiently and seamlessly, maintains all accounting-related administration, and performs administrative and reporting functions, essential to the daily management of assigned properties.
Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:
Base Pay Range: $27.21 - $35.29
Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
