Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis is seeking a Case Manager to work within our Pathways to Progress Program. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive case management services to individuals and families experiencing social and economic challenges in Washington County, MO. Through assessment, service planning, coaching, resource coordination, and ongoing support, the Case Manager helps clients identify and achieve self-sufficiency goals. This position coordinates access to internal and community-based resources, maintains compliance with program and grant requirements, supervises case management activities and support staff as assigned, and promotes positive client outcomes through a strengths-based, empowerment-focused approach. This is a full-time position with full benefits and the annual compensation starts at $42,000.

Pre-Employment Screening
