Job Title: Construction Coordinator
Location: Ranson, WV
Duration: Contract to Hire

Our client, a National Telecommunications Provider, wants to add a Construction Coordinator to their dynamic team in Ranson, WV.

The construction coordinator is responsible for the job creation workflow, milestone management of construction projects, and the administrative quality control of jobs. Capital construction project management.

Duties include:

• Manage and track Milestones
• Create jobs in JT/Polaris
• Issue Jobs to design
• Manage job through full lifecycle updating milestones in JT/Polaris
• Handle exceptions to the life cycle SLAs
• Reconcile jobs (office)
• Liaise with Stakeholders
• Point of contact for all internal cross-functional groups including BOC, CPM, FPM, and sales
• Provide reporting for next-level management
• Identify Resources
• Create and approve the funding request
• Material management and reconciliation
• Research contracts and agreements
• Manage funding request/purchase order
• Responsible for job estimate(finance)
• Manage and Analyze Quality control Flow
• Manage quality control workflow
• Validate that the field quality control is performed
• Pull reports/provide feedback based on analysis of reports
• Interact with other roles, including specialists and permit coordinators to ensure all milestones have been closed
• Conduct admin and Milestone Quality Control
• Follow the admin QC checklist (materials, invoice, pictures, footage)
• Validate permit is closed
• The final invoice milestone is set
• Ensure all milestones are updated
• Close jobs

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of Construction Coordination Experience
• Strong Time Management Skills
• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
