Qualifikationen

• Active CPA with construction-industry experience.
• 7–10 years of progressively responsible accounting experience in construction.
• Experience as Controller or senior accounting leader preferred.
• Expertise in job costing and WIP reporting.
• Knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition for long-term contracts.

Aufgaben

• Oversee general ledger, AP, AR, payroll, and banking.
• Direct project accounting, job-cost reporting, and cost codes.
• Lead monthly/annual close, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Prepare WIP schedules, backlog reports, costs-to-complete, and cash flow forecasts.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and manage audits.
• Develop internal controls over purchasing and subcontractor activities.
• Provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Manage banking relationships and liquidity planning.
