Job summary

Accord Management Group is looking for a Controller to join their rapidly growing organization in Southlake, Texas. This hands-on role involves providing financial and accounting support including financial reporting, monthly closings, and planning/forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 5 years of accounting experience in a construction environment.

This opportunity arises as a result of recent acquisitions and will play a key role in the company's financial operations and integration efforts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience for a construction organization.
• Knowledge of POC/WIP accounting in a construction environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines including monthly and quarterly closings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial management reports including financial statements and billing summaries.
• Assist with financial integration of acquisitions.
• Drive operational change to improve reporting processes.
