Job summary

Resourcing Edge solicits a hands-on Controller to lead accounting and financial reporting for its Reno construction operations. You will work directly with the President, tying project performance to financial results, guiding cash flow, taxes, and risk decisions.

The role emphasizes ownership of close processes, multi-entity accounting, and coordination with CPAs, lenders, and insurers, while maintaining strong internal controls and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Direct construction accounting experience including job costing, WIP, and change orders.
• Lead monthly/annual close, prepare financial statements, and ensure strong controls.
• Prepare cash-flow and tax projections; explain variances to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and financial reporting for construction and related entities.
• Connect project performance to financial results and guide cash flow, taxes, and risk decisions.
• Oversee payroll, payables, receivables, fixed assets, and intercompany reporting while staying hands-on.
