Jobot is seeking a Construction Controller in the Bay Area to oversee the entire accounting function and lead a team of accountants. The role requires 10+ years in construction accounting and proven controller experience, with QuickBooks mandatory and Procore a plus.

Qualifications

• A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction accounting, ideally with a general contractor.
• Proven experience as a Controller.
• QuickBooks experience a must.
• Procore experience nice to have.
• Management experience nice to have.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership qualities and a team-oriented mindset.
