Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 5+ years of construction accounting experience.
• 5+ years of leadership/management experience.
• Strong expertise in job costing, WIP, financial close, budgeting, cash management, and forecasting.
• High attention to detail and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 4-5 members.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
• Enhance construction accounting and job costing processes.
• Manage tax reporting and compliance.
• Utilize and optimize ERP for financial reporting.
