Job summary

LHH is seeking a Controller to own the financial operations of an active commercial construction project portfolio. This role is embedded with project managers and field leadership, translating job cost data into decisions that shape how projects are built and billed.

You will own full job costing, WIP schedules, percentage-of-completion accounting, and monthly revenue recognition, working closely with PMs and superintendents on cost tracking and margins.

Qualifications

• Full job costing and WIP schedules across active commercial projects.
• Percentage-of-completion accounting and monthly revenue recognition.
• Partner with PMs and superintendents on cost tracking and margins.
• Cash flow forecasting tied to project draws and billing cycles.
• Month-end close, financial reporting and audit support.
• Building/refining accounting processes as the company scales.

Responsibilities

• Own full job costing and WIP schedules for active commercial projects.
