• Coordinate with project managers and teams to develop accurate construction estimates utilizing HeavyBid, Bluebeam, ProCore, and Civil 3D.
• Ensure compliance with construction regulations and safety standards across all sites while reviewing construction plans and contracts.
• Lead the development and monitoring of project budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and financial efficiency.
• Supervise accounting staff and manage team workflows related to construction project accounting and reporting.
• Collaborate on blueprint reading, contract negotiations, and construction schedule coordination to support successful project delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of all financial transactions, change orders, and project documentation for audit readiness.
• Monitor construction site activities to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and safety protocols while managing project timelines effectively.
• Provide leadership in managing complex infrastructure projects from inception through completion, ensuring seamless project coordination.
