Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with demonstrated project management knowledge.
• Experience managing projects or administering contracts is required.
• Strong understanding of contracts, costs, schedules, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs consultants, contractors, and work crews; coordinates activities and ensures contract compliance.
• Coordinates programming phases, identifies user needs, and develops cost projections and schedules.
• Prepares RFPS, bid packages, and conducts pre-bid meetings; negotiates scope and fees for services.
• Monitors project progress, manages budgets, and ensures regulatory and contractual compliance.
• Acts as project liaison to the public and other agencies; presents updates to officials as needed.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
