Badger Infrastructure Solutions seeks a Contracts Specialist to review subcontract agreements, negotiate revisions with clients, and support the Contracts Manager in corporate operations. You’ll act to ensure risk mitigations are embedded in documents and insurance requirements are satisfied.

The role emphasizes clear contract language, cross-functional collaboration, and attention to detail in a fast-paced construction environment. A relevant background will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years of contract/legal experience or Construction management experience
• Knowledge of current and legally binding contractual language and terminology
• Knowledge of negotiation best practices, in-person and written
• Strong computer proficiency with MS-Office and PDF software, excellent typing skills

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a 1-year business plan aligning with corporate strategy
• Reviews, redlines, and negotiates Master Service Agreements, Subcontracts, and Purchase Orders
• Reviews and obtains specialized insurance certificates from client requirements
• Prepares Owner Controlled Insurance Program enrollments and ensures risk mitigation
• Clearly explains contract terminology to clients and interested parties
