The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. seeks a Facilities Contract Administrator to support the University of Houston System's facilities management contracts, including oversight of construction and renovation activities and coordination with legal and university partners.
Responsibilities include contract administration, compliance audits, and policy updates to reflect changing rules. A 4-year degree and five years' related experience are required.

Salary: $65,300 - $74,300
Responsible for contract administration and project activities related to the maintenance, operation, construction, rehabilitation, renovation, and demolition of university facilities, including compliance review, analysis, and recommendations for appropriate modifications to contracts and agreements.

Qualifications: Requires a thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of an analytical, technical or professional discipline; or the basic knowledge of more than one professional discipline. Knowledge of the discipline is normally obtained through a formal, directly job‑related 4‑year degree from a college or university or an equivalent in‑depth specialized training program that is directly related to the type of work being performed.
Requires a minimum of five (5) years of directly job‑related experience.
