Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of construction and renovation contracting activities.
• Coordinates contracts administration with university partners.
• Liaises with Office of General Counsel on contracts and changes.
• Performs compliance audits and trainings for staff.
• Reviews and revises construction agreements and related costs.
• Contributes to Campus Design and Construction Guidelines updates.
• Assists senior administrators in contract design and dispute resolution.
• Represents division in institutional or external matters.
• Performs other duties as required.
