Job summary

Performance Contracting Group, a national employee-owned contractor, is seeking a Contract Analyst to support the contract management process at our Lenexa, Kansas headquarters. You will review, revise and negotiate construction contracts and project-related documents to identify and minimize risk while ensuring compliance with company policy.

The role requires 3–5 years of contract experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong written and oral communication skills.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years’ experience reviewing and revising contracts, preferably in a construction-related environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Review, revise and negotiate construction contracts and other project-related documentation to identify and minimize company risk or liability.
  • Identify, analyze and summarize contract issues to ensure compliance with policy, laws and regulations.
  • Generate amendments to modify contract terms and conditions.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers to negotiate terms.
  • Track and report status of contract negotiations.
  • Train internal employees on contract administration policies and procedures.
