You will review, revise and negotiate construction contracts and project-related documents to identify and minimize risk while ensuring compliance with company policy.
The role requires 3–5 years of contract experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong written and oral communication skills.

Performance Contracting Group (PCG) is seeking an energetic and dependable Contract Analyst to support the coordination and administration of the contract management process.
This role is part of the Legal Department and is responsible for coordinating and managing contract activities at the Company’s headquarters in Lenexa, Kansas. The Contract Analyst will play a key role in ensuring contracts are processed efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures and be responsible for the following:
Salary range: $69,000 - $92,000 annual base salary plus eligibility for the non-guaranteed annualized bonus program
