Job summary

NEI General Contracting seeks a detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator to support project teams and subcontractors with reporting requirements, organize and maintain compliance documents, and track weekly submissions. The role focuses on ensuring timely and accurate reporting across assigned projects.

You will collect and review certified payroll reports for State/Federal prevailing wage projects, submit reports to City of Boston reporting agencies, and follow up with subcontractors to obtain

Qualifications

• Experience in contract compliance or closely related area preferred.
• Experience with HUD Section 3 and Boston Resident’s Job Policy preferred but not required.
• Highly organized with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Professional communication both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain compliance documents for assigned projects.
• Maintain project tracking summaries and weekly subcontractor reports.
• Handle all compliance communications (phone, email) for assigned projects.
• Collect, review, and submit certified payroll reports on prevailing wage projects.
• Submit reports to City of Boston reporting agencies in a timely manner.
• Follow up with subcontractors to obtain delinquent reports and information.
• Collect and submit Boston Resident Verification forms where applicable.
• Process Section 3 Qualification sheets from contractors.
• Create and submit reports detailing NEI Field Staff hours on assigned projects.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
