Job summary

Controlled Contamination Services is seeking a Construction Cleaner Lead to direct daily cleaning operations on non-live construction sites and new facilities, ensuring readiness and compliance with safety standards.

You will train on-site cleaning crews, enforce PPE protocols, monitor quality against SOPs, and safely operate floor scrubbers and related equipment to deliver inspection-ready results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of commercial, facility, or construction site cleaning experience.
• Prior crew lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PPE, SDS, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Direct and execute daily cleaning operations across non-live construction sites and newly built facility areas.
• Enforce safety protocols and PPE compliance on-site.
• Monitor cleaning quality and SOP/SOW adherence; implement corrective actions.
• Train and mentor cleaning crew on procedures and chemical safety.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and walk-behind machines.
