Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily assignments and ensure priority areas are covered.
• Support Cleaning Technicians and assist with workload as needed.
• Perform routine quality checks and follow up on corrections.
• Coach employees on cleaning methods, safety and site expectations.
• Respond to spills, service requests and events.
• Monitor supplies and communicate needs to supervision.
• Document and elevate quality, safety and staffing concerns.
• Promote teamwork and a positive service culture.
