Job summary

Class A Cleaning is seeking an experienced Cleaning Team Leader to supervise residential and commercial post-construction cleaning crews. This hands-on leadership role requires someone who leads by example, stays organized, and maintains high standards of quality and professionalism in the field.

You will train and motivate the team, inspect work, meet clients, prepare estimates, schedule crews, and ensure safety and policy compliance while representing the company with integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cleaning crews on post-construction projects.
• Ability to estimate and quote cleaning jobs.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise cleaning crews on residential and commercial post-construction cleaning projects.
• Ensure all work meets high standards of quality.
• Train, motivate, and support team members.
• Inspect completed work and address any quality concerns before leaving each job site.
• Meet with clients and contractors professionally and courteously.
• Prepare job estimates and quotes for new cleaning projects.
• Schedule and coordinate crews and job assignments.
• Maintain company equipment and cleaning supplies.
• Drive company vehicles or travel between job sites as needed.
• Ensure all safety procedures and company policies are followed.
