Job summary

The Heico Companies headquarters in Kansas City, MO seeks a qualified Claims Manager to oversee workers' compensation, auto, and general liability claims for the Construction Solutions Group. You will manage third-party administrators, monitor loss data, and report trends to senior leadership.

Responsibilities include coordinating with TPAs, brokers and internal partners, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate accruals. Strong multitasking and jurisdictional experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business, risk management or construction field with 5+ years of claims experience.
• Experience with workers' compensation, auto liability and general liability claims.
• Knowledge of contracts, policies and industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workers' comp, auto and property claims and manage third-party administrators.
• Lead claim reviews with TPAs, adjusters, brokers and leadership.
• Ensure timely, accurate reporting to carriers and executives.
• Develop loss data for forecasting, accruals and budgeting.
• Deliver training on claim reporting procedures and compliance.
• Maintain insurance program documentation and rate information.
• Provide advisory support on market trends and return-to-work guidance.
• Manage legacy carriers and state guaranty funds liabilities.
