Qualifications

• 3–7 years claim experience with insurance broker, carrier, or TPA.
• Strong knowledge of commercial property/casualty coverages and claims.
• Familiarity with construction claims, contracts, and project management.
• Proven ability to report claims accurately and promptly for Lockton clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide claim advice including evaluating coverage and drafting responses.
• Evaluate claim processes and propose improvements with insurers/TPA.
• Participate in client presentations such as Claim Strategy Meetings.
• Develop Claims Reporting Procedures for external clients.
• Maintain agreed Client Service Plans and follow Lockton procedures.
• Attend industry and risk-control meetings and workshops.
