You will conduct client consultations, draft pleadings, take depositions, and prepare cases for trial while collaborating with experts. Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills are essential, with 3–5 years civil litigation experience preferred.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Virginia (Maryland and/or D.C. admission is a plus).
• 3–5 years of civil litigation and trial experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently.
• Experience with depositions, hearings, and motion practice.
• Excellent client communication and organizational skills.
• Background in construction, commercial, or real estate litigation is preferred but not required.
