A Virginia-based litigation firm seeks an Associate Litigation Attorney with 3–5 years of civil litigation experience for direct client contact and hands-on courtroom work.
You will manage your own caseload from inception through resolution, draft pleadings and discovery, take and defend depositions, argue motions, and coordinate with construction experts. The environment is mentorship-driven with ownership of your cases.

We are seeking a motivated, trial-oriented Associate Litigation Attorney with 3-5 years of civil litigation experience who wants meaningful responsibility, direct client contact, and hand-on courtroom work. Construction litigation experience is helpful but not required — strong litigators with commercial, real estate, or general civil backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
