Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of work‑in‑progress reporting, job costing, and construction accounting.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as Vista, NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance and accounting function including AP, AR, payroll, financial reporting, and construction accounting.
• Provide hands-on direction to the accounting operation and adapt as the company grows.
• Oversee WIP reporting, job costing, and related financial processes specific to construction.
