Three River's Corporation seeks a CFO to lead the finance and accounting function for its construction-focused business in Tennessee. The role oversees financial reporting, accounting operations, and construction-specific cost controls, with a hands-on leadership style.

During the first 6–12 months, the CFO will assess current practices, guide improvements, and help scale the finance team while maintaining strong controls and strategic insight for company growth.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of work-in-progress reporting, job costing, and construction accounting.
• Experience with Vista is a plus; familiarity with NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or another ERP platform is also valuable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the finance and accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, financial reporting, and construction accounting.
• Provide hands-on direction to the accounting operation, staying close to the details as the department and company structure evolve.
• Oversee work-in-progress reporting, job costing, and other financial processes specific to construction.
• Review accounting workflows, controls, and reports, then establish improvements that strengthen accuracy, consistency, and visibility.
• Support the company’s transition to Vista and help ensure finance processes align with the system implementation.
• Partner with company leaders to explain financial results, provide useful analysis, and inform business decisions.
• Develop the accounting team and recommend an organizational structure suited to the company’s needs as it grows.
• Guide change at a thoughtful pace, assessing the organization and preserving stability while improvements are made.
