Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
• Process and manage high-volume invoicing and billing activities.
• Handle full-cycle payroll for up to 25 employees (hourly, salary, and commission-based).
• Assist with prevailing wage payroll processing and compliance.
• Maintain records in QuickBooks and support general accounting functions.
• Reconcile accounts and assist with reporting as needed.
• Perform additional administrative and accounting duties as assigned.
