Dabri, Inc. is a specialized consulting firm providing premier Program and Construction Management services. We seek a Construction Accountant to support Airport facility contracts and CSOs by verifying contractor invoices and maintaining meticulous records.

The role involves reviewing invoices, labor rates, timesheets, material costs, and supporting documentation, with close collaboration with Project Managers and Airport staff. On-site work is required at the San Francisco facility.

Qualifications

• Experience performing detailed contractor invoice review and verification.
• Experience verifying labor rates, timesheets, and reimbursable costs.
• Knowledge of contract requirements, CSOs, and costing procedures.

Responsabilités

• Perform detailed line-by-line review and verification of contractor invoices against contracts and CSOs.
• Verify contract/CSO number, period of performance, scope of work, and quantities.
• Verify labor classifications and contract-approved labor rates.
• Review timesheets and labor backup for hours billed consistency with contracts.
• Review material, equipment, subcontractor, and other reimbursable costs.
• Verify invoice backup documentation is complete and accurate.
• Review previous invoices to identify duplicate or previously billed amounts.
• Maintain and track invoice logs, status, pending items, and backlog.
• Identify discrepancies and missing documentation; discuss with Project Managers and contractors.
