Job summary

T Bailey is seeking a Construction Billing Coordinator to manage billing, bonding, subcontractor compliance, certified payroll, and project financial documentation across its construction projects. This role interfaces with the CFO, accounting, project managers, and contract administration to ensure accurate billings and timely compliance.

Work is primarily in an office setting with interaction across project teams; reports to the CFO.

Qualifications

• Experience with schedules of values and payment applications.
• Familiarity with certified payroll and prevailing wage docs.
• Ability to read contracts and subcontracts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute monthly project billings with SOV maintenance.
• Track payments, follow up on past-due receivables, and monitor subcontractor entries.
• Manage bonds: performance, payment, retainage; maintain bonding spreadsheet.
• Collect certified payroll reports and file prevailing wage docs on WA public works projects.
• Maintain subcontractor compliance tracking including insurance and licenses.
• Administer change orders and update Schedule of Values.
• Assist with project setup/closeout including bonding and lien releases.
• Support CFO and accounting with reporting and process improvements.
