Job summary

T Bailey, Inc. is seeking a Construction Billing Coordinator to manage billing, bonding, subcontractor compliance, and certified payroll across projects. This role reports to the CFO and collaborates with the Accounting Department, Project Managers, and Contract Administrator team.

The position focuses on ensuring accurate, timely billings, maintaining bonding and retainage tracking, and administering public works documentation on applicable projects. Office-based with interaction across staff.

Qualifications

• Experience with construction billing, including Schedule of Values, retainage, and change orders.
• Familiarity with public works compliance, including certified payroll and prevailing wage documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret construction contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute monthly project billings with SOV maintenance and supporting docs.
• Track payments, follow up on past-due receivables, monitor subcontractor payments.
• Manage bonds, bonds releases, and bonding spreadsheet.
• Collect and verify certified payroll reports and file prevailing wage docs.
• Maintain subcontractor compliance tracking (insurance, licenses, workers' comp).
• Administer change orders and updates to SOV.
• Assist project setup/closeout, bonding, and final lien releases.
• Support CFO and accounting with reporting and process improvements.
