• Attend sales meetings to review bid statuses and receive new assignments.
• Prepare detailed, standardized quote letters and bids for prime bidders.
• Follow up on bids and analyze scope differences with competitors.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and addenda to determine full scope of work.
• Conduct job site visits and inspect progress, quality, and schedules.
