Job summary
Bechtel Corporation seeks a Construction Automation Specialist to support the day-to-day operation, setup, and maintenance of Construction Automation systems on an active Chandler, AZ site. You will assist with system configuration, user support, and field tech troubleshooting, ensuring reliable operations in a dynamic environment.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or 12–14 years of relevant experience) and hands-on experience with field technology, drone workflows, and enterprise
Qualifications
- Experience with construction technology platforms and field IT/automation
- Drone-based data capture workflows experience
- Strong communication of technical concepts to end users
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operation of Construction Automation systems in the field
- Assist with system setup, configuration, and basic admin tasks
- Monitor data quality and resolve routine issues impacting operations
- Troubleshoot software issues and escalate complex problems
- Provide user onboarding and training for project teams
- Collaborate with field personnel to ensure effective tool usage
- Follow Construction Automation standards and processes
- Document issues and resolutions for continuous improvement
