About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Attorney to provide legal oversight for housing and real estate development projects. This newly created role is a top executive priority and will serve as the primary liaison between the Executive Director, Legal Department, and Construction/Real Estate teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead legal liaison for the department, supporting ongoing litigation and related construction matters.
• Review, draft, and approve contracts tied to real estate and infrastructure projects.
• Advise leadership on compliance, permitting, and risk mitigation across housing and development initiatives.
• Partner closely with the Legal Department to manage agreements, land use, and construction law issues.
• Support broader community projects as development expands.
• Reports directly to the Executive Director.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM.
• Interview process: video interview, final onsite with executives.
• Start Date: ASAP.
