We’re seeking an experienced Construction Attorney to provide legal guidance and strategic support for a leading organization overseeing major real estate, infrastructure, and development projects across Florida.

This role offers the chance to work closely with leadership teams across multiple departments — including Real Estate, Construction Management, Planning, Public Works, and Transportation — to ensure all construction and development activities are executed in full legal and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal counsel on contracts, permits, and intergovernmental agreements.
• Advise on real estate project planning, land use, and infrastructure initiatives.
• Collaborate with department heads and legal teams to identify risks, ensure compliance, and implement policies that promote efficiency and mitigate liability.
• Oversee matters related to leasing, permitting, and construction contracts.

Qualifications
