Orion Placement represents a well-established boutique law firm in Greenville, SC, seeking an experienced litigator focused on construction, business, and aviation matters. You will handle complex disputes from inception to resolution, with direct client interaction and significant courtroom exposure.

Requirements include SC bar admission and 3+ years of litigation; construction litigation is a strong plus, commercial litigation is beneficial.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in construction and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Manage pleadings, motions, written discovery, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
• Develop litigation strategy and work directly with clients to achieve practical business solutions.
• Collaborate with partners and attorneys on complex construction disputes involving public and private projects.
• Conduct legal research, draft persuasive briefs, and prepare cases for trial.
• Participate in negotiations, settlement discussions, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year

Location: Greenville, South Carolina – This is a full-time, on-site position in one of the Southeast's fastest-growing legal and business markets.

Note: Candidates must be licensed to practice law in South Carolina and have at least 3 years of litigation experience. Construction litigation experience is strongly preferred but not required.
