- Handle litigation matters involving commercial, industrial, institutional, and heavy civil construction projects.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda while actively participating in case strategy and client communications.
- Conduct legal research, analyze risks, and help clients navigate complex construction and business disputes.
- Manage an active caseload with increasing autonomy while receiving mentorship and support from experienced construction litigators.
- Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals utilizing modern legal technology, including Westlaw AI and other advanced legal research tools.

- To be a champion in this role, you will need:Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law in South Carolina or ability to obtain licensure
- Litigation experience ranging from new graduates to approximately 6 years; construction litigation experience preferred but not required
- Strong legal writing, analytical, research, and advocacy skills
- Desire to develop expertise in construction litigation and commercial dispute resolution
- Ability to manage client matters independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and support staff
- Positive attitude, intellectual curiosity, strong communication skills, and willingness to jump in wherever needed
