The successful candidate will represent developers, contractors, design professionals, and other industry participants in sophisticated, high-stakes commercial matters arising from development and construction projects. This opportunity offers meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and hands-on involvement in all phases of litigation, including depositions, motion practice, hearings, trials, and arbitrations. We are looking for an attorney with strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills and an interest in this quickly expanding practice area for our firm.
Two to five years of litigation experience and current membership with the South Carolina Bar are preferred. The firm also offers hybrid work schedules, with a combination of in-office and remote work.
Candidates will have an immediate opportunity for case handling responsibility and direct interaction with clients. Successful candidates must be motivated, highly organized, and have the ability manage a caseload as the lead attorney, while receiving mentoring, training, and supervision from senior lawyers at the firm.

Salary: Starting at $105,000 annually, with the opportunity for a higher starting salary based on qualifications and relevant experience.
