Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active U.S. bar admission.
• Experience in construction law, litigation, or construction contracts.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex legal matters and collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex construction litigation and commercial disputes.
• Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts.
• Manage construction defect claims, payment disputes, and contract-related matters.
• Participate in mediation, arbitration, and litigation proceedings.
