Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction litigation matters from case inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Develop litigation strategies and support case preparation, discovery, depositions, and trial proceedings.
• Analyze construction contracts, project documentation, claims, and disputes.
• Handle construction defect matters and related litigation as applicable.
• Address bond, lien, and other construction-related legal issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys while taking initiative and increasing responsibility for assigned cases.

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
