Job summary

Dean Dorton is seeking an Assurance Supervisor of Construction Services to lead engagements for construction clients, manage project timelines and budgets, and mentor staff. You will coordinate with directors and clients to deliver reliable assurance services in a dynamic team environment.

The role emphasizes knowledge of construction accounting, progress reporting, WIP schedules, and compliance. A CPA or CPA-in-progress is preferred, with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Three to five years of experience in assurance or accounting.
• CPA license or eligibility to obtain CPA.

Responsibilities

• Lead assurance engagements for construction clients with timeliness and quality.
• Mentor and supervise assurance team members and interns.
• Manage project plans, deadlines, and client communications.
• Ensure procedures and schedules (WIP, bonding, etc.) meet standards.
• Collaborate with directors and managers on technical issues.
